Position: Project Manager
Job Overview
The Project Managers mission is to secure new clients and generate revenue by generating
leads, selling, and managing projects to completion. The company’s brand and financial

Accountabilities
Deliverable 1 – Sell a minimum of $500,000 a year or $40,000 a month.
● Follow the Allstate Exteriors “Order-of-Importance” for all work activities.
○ 1) Sales Meetings
○ 2) Adjuster Meetings
○ 3) Job Starts
○ 4) Demos
○ 5) Canvassing/Inspections
○ 6) Final Walk-thru/Collections
○ 7) Other Homeowner Meetings
● Attend 100% Of Scheduled meetings, appointments, training and activities.
● Maintain monthly & YTD cumulative values for the following metrics:
○ Book sales in accordance with your sales goal but a minimum of $500,000 per
year or $40,000 a month.
○ Final Close Ratio of 40% or higher.
○ Close Ratio of 50% or higher.
○ Demo Ratio of 70% or higher.
○ Self Generate a minimum of 3 leads per month.
● Follow the Allstate Sales Program For Every Lead.
○ Be organized and prepared for customer meetings at all times.
○ Be early for appointments.
○ Adhere to the two leg appointment process.
○ Get the objection during the warm-up.
○ Present the reference list.
○ Shoot and present a digital analysis.
○ Accurately measure, scope, & price the job ensuring all three prices using the
most current Estimator File.
○ Perform company and product presentations.
○ Ask the pre-close question and give the commitment statement.
○ Ask the closing question.
○ Present a minimum of three prices unless sold on price 1 or 2.
○ Accurately complete all paperwork.
○ Ask the post close question.
○ Place a yard sign
○ After an agreed scope of work is ascertained, contract the job with the Property
Owner.
● Participate in Canvassing as scheduled by the Allstate Exteriors Office, “six-pack”, and
canvass on your own as-needed.
● Follow the Allstate Opportunity knocks script when setting inspections and demo
appointments.
● Accurately report canvassing activity numbers the day they were performed.
● Ask existing customers for referrals.
● Get a minimum of 1 new reference pics per month.
Deliverable 2 – Maintain a minimum Gross Profit Margin of 45% on completed jobs.
● Sell upgrades on a minimum of 65% of all sold jobs. (Upgrades as defined by Allstate
Exteriors Management).
● Price all jobs using the most current Estimator File.
● Turn in a completed Work Order checklist with all required photos and documents on
every sold job.
● Be present for job starts as scheduled by the Allstate Exteriors Office and assist
production when required during the production phase to ensure production accuracy
and customer satisfaction. This includes getting approval and documenting change
orders.
● Immediately inform the Production Team of any changes in your jobs, customer
demands, change orders, or other pertinent information.
● Provide requested additional documentation and photos for supplementing as soon as
possible but no later than 48 hours from request.
Deliverable 3 – Collect On 100% Of Completed Jobs Within 30 Days Of Job Completion.
● Collect 30% down payments on retail jobs by job start date.
● Collect all payments immediately upon job completion but no later than 30 days after job
completion.
● Perform final walkthroughs and submit punch work orders on all jobs as soon as
possible but no more than 3 days after job completion to approve final workmanship of
the job.
Deliverable 4 – Administrative & Reporting
● Immediately after every appointment and no later than 10pm that day, appropriately
result the appointment, update the status, add a brief note about the appointment,
upload photos, estimator, and if sold a signed contract or contingency.
● Respond to and communicate with customers immediately but not more than 24 hours.
● Document all conversations about jobs and customer interactions in the company CRM.
● Maintain 100% Job Compliance in the Allstate Exteriors CRM.
● Prepare and attend weekly one on one meetings with your Sales Manager.
● Respond to all communications directed to you within the Company CRM as soon as
possible but no later than 24 hours.
● ALL time-off requests must be approved by Sales Manager and must be submitted
utilizing the process established within the CRM.
● Submit commission pay requests by 11:59pm every Monday night. If not received by the
deadline it will not be put through on that week’s payroll.

Report directly to the Residential Sales Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:
● 3+ Years construction experience required
● High School or equivalent education preferred but not required

● Allstate Exteriors, LLC performs jobs of all sizes in all areas of construction such as
roofing, siding, gutters, fascia, soffit, window and door installation, framing, trim
carpentry, painting and decks.
● Emphasis is placed on quality with high attention to detail and professionalism
● Job Responsibilities Include:
o Performing residential/commercial installations and renovations
o Strong communication skills
o Capable of leading a crew of 2-5
o Versatility in many fields of construction
o Must have own hand tools and power tools are a plus
o Must be capable of pulling a trailer with materials

Accountabilities

Positive Mental Attitude. It is impossible to be successful at Allstate Exteriors without
PMA.
● Attend daily meetings with the Production Manager and Construction Lead to gain full
understanding of projects and daily and weekly goals.
● Come to daily meetings prepared and engaged to set and discuss daily goals and
projects.
● Help to ensure tools and materials are prepared the day before the job to enable
projects to be produced in the most efficient manner possible.
● Work in a pre-planned and efficient manner to ensure all tasks are being completed
within the allotted time frame.

● Ensure all necessary materials and tool rentals are requested daily to prevent delays to
the production schedule.
● Maintain regular contact with the Production Manager and Construction Lead to ensure
that all project progress is on track.

a must if you want to get paid.
● Accurately complete all work orders with required documentation and signatures and
return to the Production Manager.
● Ensure all projects are completed per the scope on the work order.
Deliverable 2 – Aid In The Maintenance Of An Average 9/10 Quality Score Through Assisting
With The Customer’s Experience And Ensuring They Are Exceptionally Satisfied.

● Double check all work being produced to proactively prevent deficiencies.
● Immediately address deficiencies to prevent production delays.
● Communicate with all customers as necessary to understand any questions or concerns
they may have in the absence of the Project Manager.
● Refer all customer questions related to changes to project timelines, work scope, design,
and/or Change Orders to the Production Manager and Project Manager
● Provide the Production Manager with daily updates regarding any customer interactions.
● Ensure all Allstate Exteriors employees and subcontractors are communicating with
customers in a professional and polite manner. Report any issues to be addressed by
the Production Manager before the end of the shift.
● Communicate with the Production Manager, Construction Lead, and Project Manager
with any concerns with performing the work per the work order immediately.
