In 2002, Joe launched Allstate Exteriors, wanting to build a legacy and leave an empire for his 2 young children. A few years later he met his wife, Lynna. They merged their families together into a family of 7- not counting all of the cousins, nieces, and nephews they took in along the way. At that point, Joe was running his office out of his truck and off of his dining room table. Managing the business, scheduling the jobs, working at the jobs, and everything in between.
Fast forward 15+ years and we have a business made up of 50+ employees and 2 separate locations; but still the same heart and dedication that started it all.
Here at Allstate, we’ve developed a core value system that consists of 4 things.
- Caring about others
- Always do the right thing even when no one is looking
- Be a team player
- Strive to be the best
That being said, we want to help homeowners. We hold one another accountable and pride ourselves in doing the right thing when no one else is looking- whether that be on the job site or at our local grocery store. We work together as a team, on and off the job. Lastly, we strive to be the best and personally develop on a daily basis. We want to learn and grow together.
Alongside our values, our knowledge in the home improvement industry is what sets us apart from other companies. From our first point of contact to our last goodbye, we want to provide what is best for our customers.
